- Check for wear and tear on Cables, Rollers, Hinges, weather seal, & diagnose any issues we find.
- Check and Balance the door springs to make sure you get the longest life out of your garage door operator.
- Check the hanging of your door to ensure that the door operates like it should.
- Lubricate the door.
- Door cleaning on request at $0.25 per sq ft
